I've got one of these Krick 'Lady' - it was my very first R/C model I had for Christmas back in the late '70s. Interesting how yours doesn't nose-dive when you stop as mine did, but then I didn't have an ESC back then just a second servo activating a simple microswitch for on-off power. I since fitted a speed controller and an upgraded brushed motor and 2x 7.2v Nicads - as I ran 6v to start with. I am considering brushless motor and Lipo cell upgrade to bring this piece of nostalgia back to life, but will try and get it running with what I have first . Thanks for inspiration to get it up and running again. I did modify the upper body on mine to resemble a single seat power boat using some space R/C car body parts though so mine doesn't quite look like that anymore. My father also came up with an ingenious system to water-cool mine, when heat when motor and batteries discharging ran too hot really. The issue with Hobbicos arma nero was they have the same geomotrys as the erevo/revoHobbie co just lifted the specs for the geootrtys. They didn't give traxxas any recognition for the desinge (traxxas wanted a wooden nickel) and hobbi co didn't even chat with them , you could but the armma parts on to a traxxas , it wants as simple as the imboard socks desinge , name lawsuits dumb but alright courast uo held it. Receiver box was dumb to come on.

I want to do a 1:18 plastic car Bluetooth speaker.

The last time Lidl had them about a year ago they sold out quickly, this time I made sure to get one so I bought 3. One for experimenting, I found the bolt, the others are for the spare bolts. Sadly this is as far as I will get.

Hello, great video and great car. I just bought one and am working on wheel fitment to fit the 200mm HPI 69 Camaro. It looks like you’re running the 31mm wheels. I’m concerned about the 6mm offset on these wheels making it too wide for the body. Can I bother you for an outside measurement with those wheels on it ? Thank you !

Just a fyi. That body is a 2002 to 2005 dodge ram body. Awsome build though. More mopars the better

No you havent lol as it wasnt released in 1987! The bullhead wasn’t released until the 13th of November 1990…why do people say an original!? There wasn’t a re release of it they only made it in 1990!…

The Nitro Thunder King is the rarest of ALL these kits with less than 1200 nitro conversion kits made, these kits first came out in the early 90's as electric and later offered as a limited production Nitro Kit. All elc kits could be upgraded with the better nitro kit parts.

0:35 actually you can’t turn your end point down to get full lock. The longer arm on the servo saver means your servo has to throw more degrees to reach full lock now compared to a short arm

Great video. I always hated traxass from the start alongside texas which is stolen from mexico and should be given back. I never have or will own 1. As a kid when they came out n i saw em in tower hobbies mags i thought they look like toys. And still they are the ugliest, blandest designs and appearing vehicles. Great video and down with all monopolizers like them.
